NON DESTRUCTIVE TEST
The DR1 utilizes a multidisciplinary team to provide the inspection service consisting of a pre-survey phase using a trained pilot and a certified inspector equipped with a specific RPAS / drone for inspection work. . Following the pre-survey phase and the Visual Inspection Report, if any need for a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is identified, DR1 sends its team of experienced IRATA inspectors to follow-up the inspection and deliver the final report.

Objective Identification

It is important to identify the customer's ultimate goal in order to be able to set the optimal parameters for image quality and accuracy, as well as defining which equipment, which team to mobilize and which standards will be used.
Flight Inspection and Planning Plan

In this phase all information regarding the project objective and location is used to define the ideal RPAS / drone, camera quality, pre-survey team expertise, risk analysis form, flight authorization request and definition. inspection plan according to the structure to be inspected.
Execution of the operation

In the field every planning done is put into practice. The RPAS / drone will be manually conducted by a trained pilot and the camera will be operated by an experienced certified inspector. All operations will be conducted in accordance with the Brazilian risk analysis sheet and regulation for the use of RPAS / drones. The team's focus is to identify anomalies in the structure analyzed from visual inspection following the inspection plan.

Products are delivered to customers according to the coordinate model and combined file extension (DWG, TIF, PDF, etc.). Examples of products include Orthomosaic, Digital Surface Model, Digital Surface Model, Level Curves, and Vectorized Topographic Plant.
